• Rooms are open:
  Mondays to Fridays 8.00-17.00
  Selected Saturdays 9.00-12.00
• Patients in Mediclinic Hermanus hospital & Spescare rehabilitation facilities are treated 7 days a week.

DURATION

Physiotherapy

• The initial physiotherapy consultation usually lasts between 45-60 minutes to allow for a thorough interview and clinical assessment, in order to make a diagnosis and to treat the main problem.
• Follow-up treatment sessions usually last between 30-45 minutes depending on the individual patient.

Pilates is offered ‘to followers of the art’

• one-to-one sessions usually 45 minutes duration
• small group classes for 1 hour duration
  from beginners to advanced sessions available

Sports or deep tissue massage are offered to athletes & non-sports persons

• 60 minutes
• 30 minutes

The practice offers an ONLINE BOOKING option.
It is possible to make or change a booking 24h per day, 7 days a week.
